"Miami Rockers Maria Serritella & Ray Anton from "Out of the Ashes" stop by for a visit! These two are incredible members of the Tribe, and this band is currently making quite the name for themselves in Miami Florida! Check them out! You're welcome in advance!"
"Out Of The Ashes stopped by the studio and had a great chat with us about the origin of their band and how they are taking songs that their friend and musician Jack wrote and doing them justice for a new audience .
Enjoy their music on Spotify, or you can find them on the new 561 Music Playlist we created of various local artists that we will be continually updating.

Out of the Ashes was born from the memory of Jack Stevens, lead singer of early '90s South Florida rockers, Sin City. At that time, Sin City released ‘Night Time Hour’, a 14-song journey of sorcery, betrayal and redemption. Years later, as a solo artist, Jack Stevens released ‘High, Dirty and Low’, continuing on the Sin City theme.
On the eve of headlining their biggest show, Jack died. Guitarist Ray Anton has revived the songs he and Jack wrote and played, with a twist. Enter Maria Serritella, lead singer and formally trained classical dancer, whose petite frame and vocals embody the physicality and power of the likes of Pat Benatar and Joan Jett , but with a fresh, sexy, edgy style uniquely her own.
Out of the Ashes is reminiscent of the arena rock bands of the 80’s.
